Your account and security

Settings

• Profile: your name and phone.
• Appearance: light, dark or follow your device.
• Password and sessions: change your password and see where you are signed in.

Administrators also see

• Company details.
• Security policy: how long an idle session lasts before you are signed out.
• Billing and plan.
• Connections: for example, email.

Forgot your password

On the login page, type your email address, then click Forgot password? and follow the email we send.

Support access

If you ask us for help, our team may open a time-limited, logged support session on your account, as agreed in the Terms. We never sign in as one of your people.
