Using the AI Assistant

Ask a question

1. Open AI Assistant.
2. Type what you want to know, for example “Which orders are due this week?” or “Which items are running low?”.
3. Read the answer. It is based on the data you are allowed to see.

What it will not do

• It does not change a record unless you confirm it.
• It only sees what your department and permissions allow.
• It can be wrong. Check important figures against your records before you act on them.

Allowance

Your plan includes a monthly allowance of the stronger AI models, spread across the weeks of the month. When that week’s share is used, the assistant carries on with a standard model; it does not stop.
