Manufacturing dashboard

Manufacturing dashboard for small and mid-sized factories

The FactoryPulse AI dashboard puts what a factory owner checks every day on one screen: what was produced, what was sold and spent, whether the month is making a profit, which orders are pending and which stock is running out.

Example FactoryPulse AI dashboard cards for production, total sales, expenses and profit and loss, with example numbers and trend lines
Example numbers. Sales, expenses and profit and loss come from Tally.

What the dashboard shows

  • Production: what was made, compared with yesterday.
  • Total sales and expenses, compared with the last period.
  • Profit and loss, with the margin.
  • Orders: how many are pending, how many are due this week, and the next one due.
  • Stock alerts: items that are low or out of stock, with the most urgent first.

Where the numbers come from

Production, orders and stock come from what your team records in FactoryPulse AI. Sales, expenses and profit and loss are read from your Tally books and are never written back.

The dashboard works from day one without Tally. Connect Tally whenever you are ready and the finance cards fill in.

Reports when you need more

Charts show today, the week, the month or the year, and you can generate a report whenever you need one.

Each person sees their own work

Finance figures are not shown to production staff, and accounts staff do not need the production screens. What each person sees follows their department and permissions.

Questions about the Tally connection

Can I see the dashboard on my phone?
Yes. The same screens are laid out for phones, so you can check the day from anywhere.
Do I need Tally to use it?
No. Production, orders and inventory work on their own. If you use Tally, connect it when you are ready and your sales, expenses and profit appear on the dashboard.
Who can see my company's data?
Only the people you invite, and only the areas their department allows. Other companies cannot see yours. Our support team can look in only with your consent, for a limited time, and every visit is logged.
How recent are the sales and expense figures?
They are as recent as the last time Tally was read, and the screen shows when that was.
