• Customer, product, quantity, due date. Four fields, in one list.
• A status: new, active, complete or cancelled.

Every morning (five minutes)

• Look at what is due this week. Anything due in three days that has not started is a red flag.
• Look at what is already late and call the customer before they call you.

Every Friday (ten minutes)

• Close what is complete.
• Cancel what is dead.
• Re-date honestly what has slipped.
